Join Glencairn Museum members and staff for a special curator-led tour of the Workshop of the World: Arts and Crafts in Philadelphia exhibition at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Presented as part of the nation’s 250th anniversary celebration, this major exhibition explores Philadelphia’s pivotal role in the Arts and Crafts movement and features eight significant works on loan from Glencairn Museum. Highlights include Lachlan Pitcairn’s hand-carved infant crib by Frank Jeck, stained-glass panels by Lawrence Saint and Winfred Hyatt, original hand-drawn designs, and other remarkable examples of craftsmanship from the Glencairn Museum collection.

Following the guided tour, enjoy free time to have lunch, browse the museum shops, and explore the Philadelphia Museum of Art at your own pace.
