Remember your excitement when your teacher announced a school field trip? In honor of St. Patrick’s Day you and your family are invited to Glencairn Museum for a “field trip” to learn how the mosaics of Glencairn were designed and manufactured. Go behind-the-scenes and get up close to beautiful Celtic-style mosaics inspired by the 9th-century Book of Kells. This free event includes refreshments, tours, special exhibits, and the chance to make a paper mosaic to take home.
