A Historic District Celebration: Reflections of Faith

Last fall Glencairn and other buildings in the Bryn Athyn Historic District were granted National Historic Landmark status by the Secretary of the Interior. Join us for a celebration! Glencairn, Cairnwood and Bryn Athyn Cathedral will be open free of charge, and your special one-day passport will guide you to activities at each building. See live glassblowing at Glencairn, and attend a stained glass painting class (see below for more information). Take a guided or cell phone tour of the galleries, and experience Painting with Light, a special stained glass exhibition (see above). Other activities in the Historic District include carriage rides, stone carving demonstrations, special refreshments, and more.
