Museum Internship Program

Internships are available exclusively to students in Bryn Athyn College's History Major and Cooperative Education Program. The purpose of the Museum Internship Program is to develop job-related skills and clarify career goals. Students receive three college credits for their 200 hours of work, and in most cases are compensated for their efforts. Museum Education Internships are a vital part of the Museum's education department, where the interns help run programs for the general public and students of all ages. Other internships can be arranged when Museum needs and student interests coincide; internships are possible in research, publications, collections management, exhibitry, and other museum-related fields. For more information please contact Ed Gyllenhaal, Internship Coordinator, at 267-502-2983 or by e-mail at ed.gyllenhaal@glencairnmuseum.org.
